Cast-TV respects intellectual property rights and expects all customers, partners, and users of its technology and infrastructure to respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Customer Responsibility
Cast-TV provides IPTV/OTT technology, software, applications, content delivery infrastructure, CDN services, middleware, and related technical solutions.
Customers using Cast-TV technology or infrastructure are responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary licenses, distribution rights, permissions, authorizations, and other legal rights required for any television channels, video, audio, live events, VOD, or other content they distribute through their services.
Cast-TV does not authorize customers to distribute third-party copyrighted content unless the appropriate distribution rights have been separately obtained.
Copyright Complaints
If you are a copyright owner, authorized representative, broadcaster, content provider, or other rights holder and believe that copyrighted material is being distributed through a service using Cast-TV technology or infrastructure without appropriate authorization, please contact:
Please include sufficient information to allow us to identify and review the matter, including:
- Your name, company, and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work or content
- Identification of the allegedly unauthorized content, channel, stream, or service
- Information reasonably sufficient to locate or identify the relevant material
- A description of your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Any supporting documentation or evidence available
Review of Complaints
Cast-TV takes legitimate intellectual property complaints seriously. Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, we may review the information provided and, where appropriate, contact the relevant customer or service operator and take actions consistent with our contractual obligations and applicable law.
No Transfer of Content Rights
Access to Cast-TV technology, applications, infrastructure, or services does not by itself grant any customer rights to television channels, movies, programs, sporting events, music, or other third-party content.
Content licensing and technology services are separate unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
