Cast TV  company (collectively “Cast TV “) is committed to the protection, confidentiality and security of personal data and respects your right to privacy.

This Privacy Notice explains who we are, how we collect, share and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

When does this Notice apply?

This Privacy Notice applies in the following instances where we collect and process personal information as a data controller for our own purposes.  In particular, this Privacy Notice applies to personal information that we collect through our website (“Website”) and personal information that we may collect about employees of our customers.

What does Cast TV do?

Cast TV opens up global opportunities in media services and broadcasting by making content distribution and management simple. This includes providing services in content contribution, media management, channel playout, distribution and providing events, production and transmission facilities on an international scale. We are headquartered in Israel but have service all around the world.

Who do we collect personal information from?

While we operate as a business-to-business company, we collect and use personal information about various categories of individuals in order to function, provide our services and to maintain a business relationship with our actual (or prospective) customers and suppliers.

In relation to this Privacy Notice, we collect and process personal information about: Website visitors; Employees of our Customers, Suppliers; and Visitors and people, we interact with for business purposes.

We generally obtain your personal data directly from you.  However, we may also collect information about you (including your company or employment role), by other means.  For example, we may collect business information about you from third party due diligence pipedrive service providers, if we are carrying out due diligence about your company or employer, or we may be sent this by other individuals at your employer or company in the context of our commercial relationship.

What personal information does Cast TV collect and why?

1. Website visitors

2. Employees of Customers and Suppliers.

Who does Cast TV share my personal information with?

We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:

How does Cast TV keep my personal information secure?

Cast TV is committed to ensuring that your personal information remains secure and confidential. To this end, we have put appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration and deletion of your personal information. These measures ensure a level of security that is appropriate to the level of sensitivity of the processed information and to the level of risk given our use of such information.

International data transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident.  These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country (and, in some cases, may not be as protective).

Specifically, our website servers are located with Mozello service providers.  This means that when we collect your personal information, we may process it in any of these countries.

However, Cast TV has put appropriate safeguards in place to require that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable data protection law which require to protect personal information they process from the EEA in accordance with European Union data protection law. 

Data retention

We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide our services, to manage our relationship with your employer, or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements); and in accordance with relevant statutory limitation periods.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information (or no legal obligation to retain it), we will either delete or anonymise it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
